A live performance by the Latin music duo Hermanos Gutierrez at the South Side Ballroom in Dallas.
Hermanos GutiƩrrez play the South Side Ballroom on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The brothers bring their instrumental guitar work to Dallas for a single night, with the show presented by KXT.
If you're not familiar, Hermanos GutiĆ©rrez is the project of brothers Esteban and Camila GutiĆ©rrez. They play two guitars, and that's pretty much the whole thingāno singers, no drums, just the two of them working together. Their sound is built on long, melodic lines and a lot of space between the notes, and it's the kind of music that doesn't ask for your attention so much as it creates a mood you can settle into. It's instrumental music that doesn't feel like it's missing a voice.
Because they don't sing, the focus stays on the playing. The two guitars weave around each other, one taking the lead while the other holds down the harmony, and they let the melodies breathe rather than crowding them. It's a slow-moving, atmospheric approach that works as well if you're listening closely as it does if you're just letting it run in the background.
