An intimate, acoustic-focused night celebrating 20 years of hits by the rock band Daughtry, with opening act Ryan Perdz.
Daughtry plays the Majestic Theatre on Saturday, November 14, at 7 PM. It's part of their 20 Years Unplugged Tour, a 22-date U.S. run that closes with this Dallas stop. Ryan Perdz opens the night.
Fronted by American Idol finalist Chris Daughtry, the band has sold over 9 million albums worldwide and earned four Grammy nominations. Their self-titled debut in 2007 was the top-selling album of that year and the fastest-selling rock debut in SoundScan history, bringing in four Grammy nominations, four American Music Awards, and seven Billboard Music Awards, including Album of the Year. From that record come some of their best-known songs, like "It's Not Over," "Home," and "Pieces."
The band kept the momentum going with Leave This Town in 2009, Break The Spell in 2011, and Baptized in 2013, all of which went Platinum. Cage To Rattle followed in 2018 and was certified Gold. More recently, their 2023 cover of Journey's "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)," featuring Halestorm's Lzzy Hale, became a Top 10 hit. This tour looks back across those years, with the band describing the show as an intimate, acoustic-focused night celebrating two decades of hits.
