That run brought in more than 250,000 new TikTok followers, and he's been working as a recording artist ever since.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he works across country, country pop, and folk. That mix puts him in a similar neighborhood as the other acts on the fair's music bill, which pulls from a few different genres throughout the season.
