Country rock concert by the Ryan Mundy Band, a Grand Ole Opry award-winning songwriter, at The Ohio Stadium in Columbus.
Ryan Mundy is playing Ohio Stadium on Tuesday, October 20, as part of the Ryan Mundy Band UNPLUGGED. It's a country rock set, and the bill is just the band. The show starts at 6 PM at 411 Woody Hayes Drive in Columbus, and it's listed as a private event.
If you're not familiar with him, Mundy is a Nashville country artist and songwriter originally from Springfield, Ohio, who's spent the last few years making a name for himself in the Opry circle. He's a Grand Ole Opry Award winner, and between 2022 and 2024 he picked up 17 Josie Music Award nominations at The Grand Ole Opry House. In the autumn of 2024, he took home Song of the Year for his solo write "A Thing or Two," and that same year Clark State College gave him the Emerging Lead Award. He's a songwriter first, and that comes through in how he describes his own work: he fuses country and rock vibes with storytelling.
He's also spent a fair amount of time on the road opening for some of the bigger names in the genre. He's shared stages with Justin Moore, Russell Dickerson, Randy Houser, Lonestar, Craig Morgan, LOCASH, Craig Campbell, Austin Snell, and Canaan Cox, and has performed with Jelly Roll and RedFerrin in Nashville. In 2024 alone, he played more than 130 shows, so he's well-practiced at the live side of things.
