Halloween-themed HIIT class led by Simone at the Columbus Brewing Company Beer Hall, with a post-workout hang and a drink included.
Simone leads a Halloween-themed Rave Strength / HIIT class at the Columbus Brewing Company Beer Hall on Saturday, November 14. It's a high-energy session that blends strength training and high-intensity interval training, and since it's themed for Halloween, it's a good excuse to lean into the holiday a bit late in the season. The class is followed by a post-workout hang, so you can stick around and cool down with the rest of the group rather than rushing out the door the second the music stops.
The venue is the Beer Hall, located inside the Columbus Brewing Company at 200 Kelton Avenue in Franklin Park. It's a massive space—13,000 square feet—housed in a historic landmark from the late 1800s. Back then, it was a mechanic's shop that repaired the trolleys running down Broad Street, and it's been preserved as a landmark ever since. Today it pours 24 draft beers and serves globally inspired food, with a full-bar private event space that still shows off the original brick walls and wood ceilings. On weekdays, they run a Happy Hour Monday through Thursday from 3 to 5 PM with $5 pints of more than 20 beers on tap.

On the morning of the 14th, the Beer Hall transforms into a gym for the session. Doors open at 9 AM, and the class itself kicks off at 9:30 AM, so you've got plenty of time to get settled before Simone gets things moving. Entry is $20, which covers the class and includes a mimosa or a Bloody Mary to enjoy afterward. Between the workout and the drink, it's a full morning's plan in one spot.
