Christian EDM project Rave Jesus brings his Rave Revival Fall Tour to Skully's Music Diner, blending house music and rave culture with faith.
Rave Jesus brings the Rave Revival Fall Tour to Skully's Music Diner on Sunday, November 22, at 6 PM. The project is the Christian EDM work of Detroit native Topher Jones, and the Columbus date is part of a tour he describes as a night where house music and rave culture meet faith.
Jones's background in the scene is more than just a side project. He's amassed over 200 million streams on Spotify and has played Tomorrowland, one of the world's biggest electronic music festivals. His album I Met God on the Dancefloor features collaborations with Brandon Lake and Thalía, so the set draws from a record that brings together voices from both the worship and pop worlds.
The project itself grew out of a prayer call for the music industry that Jones led in 2018. Since then, he's built his name around blending faith with dance music, and the Rave Revival tour is the live extension of that. The night combines electronic music, messaging, and worship, so it's as much about the room as it is about the DJ booth.
