Sixth edition of the New Music Movement showcase of local area talent at The King of Clubs, with general admission and reserved table seating.
New Music Movement returns to The King of Clubs on Saturday, November 21, for its sixth edition. The showcase is built around local talent, and this one brings together five acts on a single bill: Sweet Gypsy, Rusty, Red Light Running, Polycrisis, and This Sky Above. It's a long night of music, so you'll get to hear a good spread of what's coming out of the area rather than just one band.
The New Music Movement is one of the club's recurring showcases, and the venue bills it as a highlight of its programming. The King of Clubs runs a wide range of music—everything from intimate gigs and live sessions to larger festivals and cultural performances—and this night fits into that mix, with the lineup pulling from across the local scene. With five acts on the bill, it's a full evening of sets rather than a single headliner.
