Dinner Detective - Game Over

The Dinner Detective is back at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus on Saturday, November 7, for another round of its interactive murder mystery dinner. If you've never seen it, the whole thing works differently than your typical stage play. Instead of the actors staying up front, the professional cast hides in the audience and mingles as ordinary guests. That means every table is a potential crime scene and every person sitting near you could be a suspect. The mystery unfolds in real time, with costumed Detectives digging up clues and questioning suspicious characters while the room eats a multi-course plated dinner.

It's a long-running format—The Dinner Detective bills itself as North America's largest interactive true crime murder mystery dinner show and has been staging live mysteries since 2004, now in more than 100 cities. It's earned a spot among the top experiences in Columbus on TripAdvisor, Google, and Yelp, and has been running award-winning live entertainment for over 20 years. The evening is geared toward adults, so expect some mild content, loud noises, and adult humor throughout the night.

If November 7 doesn't work, you've got plenty of other chances. The show also runs on November 14 and 21, and then again on December 5, 12, and 19.
