Cooking class at the Italian cooking school Quinci Emporium to prepare lasagna Cacio e Pepe.
Quinci Emporium is hosting a Lasagna Cacio e Pepe cooking class on Thursday, November 5, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. It's one of two dates for the same class, with the other running on Tuesday, November 3, at the same time, so you've got a couple of options if one night doesn't work. Both are held at the shop's kitchen in the Short North.
For those who aren't familiar, Quinci Emporium is an Italian cooking school, culinary market, and wine shop all in one. The classes and events are released in batches every few months throughout the year and take place right there in the kitchen and retail space. The store specializes in cooking classes and wine tastings, and the shelves are stocked with fine foods from Italy and wines from around the world, so it's the kind of place where you can pick up the ingredients you just learned to use.
