Candlelight: Tribute to Michael Jackson comes to the Canzani Auditorium on Saturday, November 14, 2026, with the Listeso String Quartet taking the stage. It's a tribute show, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Michael Jackson, his estate or his official representatives.
The repertoire pulls from the artist's greatest hits, and you'll recognize the songs from the first few notes. The set includes "Bad," "Billie Jean," "Man in the Mirror," "Smooth Criminal," "Heal the World" and "Thriller." The Candlelight format is a specific thing: the music is performed under the glow of candlelight with no stage lighting, so the room stays dim and the focus stays on the quartet.
The venue is the Canzani Auditorium, inside the Joseph V. Canzani Center on the Columbus College of Art & Design campus. It opened in 1991 and seats up to 400, which keeps it an intimate setting in the middle of the city's arts district. The show is recommended for ages 8 and up, and anyone under 16 has to be accompanied by an adult. Seats are assigned on arrival within the zone you purchase.
