Will Dempsey with Erin Kirby

Will Dempsey plays The Evening Muse on Saturday, October 10, with Nashville-based artist Erin Kirby opening the night. Dempsey is a South Louisiana artist who brings commanding vocals, honest songwriting, and a rock-driven edge to country music, with songs rooted in real-life stories. Kirby, who takes the stage first, explores the full intensity of human emotions through relatable lyrics and a pop-inspired country sound. She's been named a Rising Star by John Maxwell and Singer/Songwriter Atlanta by Jezebel Magazine, and has performed at televised NBA and MLB games and at the Atlanta Falcons' halftime shows.

Kirby's country debut featured a duet with Kameron Marlowe, "I Can Lie (The Truth Is)," which debuted at the Grand Ole Opry and has more than 1.87 million Spotify streams. That was followed by "Pick My Own Flowers," which garnered 3.1 million views on TikTok. Between her and Dempsey, the night covers two different takes on country music—one with a pop-inflected sound and the other leaning into a rockier edge.

Doors open at 7 PM, and the music starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $20 to $25. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian, and there's a $5 surcharge at the door for under-21s. No refunds.
