Metal band Whitechapel performs live at The Fillmore Charlotte as part of their 20th Anniversary Tour, with support from Chelsea Grin, The Acacia Strain and Netherwalker.
Whitechapel play The Fillmore Charlotte on Monday, November 16, 2026, starting at 7 PM. They aren't coming alone: Chelsea Grin, The Acacia Strain, and Netherwalker are all on the bill, so it's a full night of heavy music rather than just one band and a couple of openers.
Whitechapel hail from Knoxville, Tennessee, and they've been signed to Metal Blade Records. Their sound sits at the crossroads of deathcore, heavy metal, and death metal, so you'll hear the breakdown-heavy side of the genre alongside more traditional death metal territory. The current lineup is Gabe Crisp, Benjamin Savage, Zach Householder, Alex Rudinger, Alex Wade, and Phil Bozeman.
With three other bands on the bill, the night is built around the heavier end of the spectrum. Chelsea Grin and The Acacia Strain are both established names in the scene, and Netherwalker rounds out the lineup. Between the four of them, you'll get a good stretch of deathcore and metal without having to jump between venues.
