Sludge metal and indie folk night featuring All Them Witches headlining with Emma Ruth Rundle opening.
All Them Witches headline the Neighborhood Theatre Main Room on Wednesday, October 14, with Emma Ruth Rundle opening. The Nashville quartet formed in 2012 and has spent the years since resisting any one scene or style, blending slow-burning meditative distortion with stratospheric psychedelia, out-of-body blues, and hard rock.
Their discography runs through several fan favorites: Our Mother Electricity (2012), Lightning at the Door (2013), Dying Surfer Meets His Maker (2015), Sleeping Through the War (2017), and ATW (2018). Nothing as the Ideal (2020) is widely considered a critical high point, and their seventh full-length LP, House of Mirrors, was their first for BMG. They've played festivals like Bonnaroo and Pukkelpop and toured with Mastodon, Primus, and Ghost.
Emma Ruth Rundle, a Portland, Oregon native, brings her own genre-defying catalogue of collaborations, bands, soundtracks, and solo releases to the night, including her new album These Killing Times, recorded by Sonny Diperri. Beyond music, she's an established visual artist; her first book of poetry, The Bella Vista, came out in 2025 via Unnamed Press.
