The Full Monty, live on stage, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the iconic 1997 film, on tour at the Wales Millennium Centre.
The Full Monty comes to the Donald Gordon Theatre at the Wales Millennium Centre from 2 to 6 February 2027, as part of a tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of the 1997 film. Simon Beaufoy's play follows a group of lads, led by Gaz, who are down on their luck and determined to fight back by bearing more than they ever thought they would. It's not a story about heroes, but about ordinary men trying to regain their dignity and pride.
The production is presented by The Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham and Buxton Opera House, in association with Mark Goucher and David Pugh. They describe it as a fast, funny strip-com and a rollercoaster of 90s music, ups and downs and heartbreak. The cast features Kevin Clifton as Gaz, Stewart Wright as Dave, James Gaddas as Gerald, Ben Onwukwe as Horse, Jon-Paul Bell as Guy and Zrey Sholapurkar as Lomper.
There are a few practical things to keep in mind before you book. The show is for ages 12 and over, with no under-2s admitted, and anyone under 16 has to be seated with an adult aged 18 or above. There's also a warning about flashing and strobe lighting, strong language and nudity.
