Stand-up comedy debut from Lee Peart, part of the Cardiff Cabaret Club's 2027 programme.
Lee Peart brings his stand-up debut to the Wales Millennium Centre on Saturday 14 May 2027, with the show titled It's Not You, It's Lee. It's the Cardiff stop of his tour, and as a debut, it's the first time he's taking this particular set out on the road.
The night is part of the Cardiff Cabaret Club's 2027 programme, and that gives you a good sense of the company he's in. The club is run by FooFoo LaBelle, who's known around here as 'Cymru's drag mom'. She's made the Welsh capital her home for nearly twenty years, staging hundreds of drag shows that have sold out over that time. Under her direction, the club has brought together some of the best drag and cabaret stars from across the UK alongside local talent, so Peart's debut fits right into that mix of established names and newer voices.
Beyond the stage, LaBelle also runs drag classes across the city for people of all genders, all ages over 18, and all body types, so the club's reach goes a bit further than just the shows themselves. That's worth keeping in mind when you look at the bill: this is one act in a wider season of cabaret and drag that the club is putting on throughout the year.

On the practical side, the show is for ages 18 and over, and seating is unreserved, so you'll want to get there a bit early if you've got a particular spot in mind. Doors open at 3pm and the show starts at 4pm, which puts it in the afternoon rather than the usual evening slot. If you're planning to go, just remember the age limit and the unreserved seating before you head down to the Wales Millennium Centre.
