Ronan Keating brings his Just Getting Started World Tour to Cardiff Castle on Friday 9 July 2027, with Blue and the Germein Sisters on the bill. It's a summer evening gig on the Castle Green, so you'll be under the open sky rather than under a roof. Keating is marking three decades at the top, and the set pulls from both Boyzone classics and his solo hits.
Blue are the main support, back at the top of their game after more than 25 years. They're double BRIT Award winners with three consecutive UK No.1 albums, and the set will run through Noughties classics from 'All Rise' to 'One Love'. They're also touring their new Top 5 album, Reflections, so there'll be new material alongside the older songs. The Germein Sisters open the night.
The venue itself is right in the centre of the city. Cardiff Castle started as a Roman fort, grew stone walls and a keep under Norman lords, and was turned into a Victorian residence in the 19th century. It was given to the city in 1947 and remains a living part of Cardiff's social life; its grounds were opened to all as a Public Square during the pandemic.
