Bananarama bring their 'Too Hot To Handle' Greatest Hits Summer Tour to Cardiff Castle, with special guests Tony Hadley and Altered Images.
Bananarama play Cardiff Castle on Saturday 10 July 2027, as part of their Too Hot To Handle Greatest Hits Summer Tour. The show runs from 17:00 to 22:30 on The Castle Green, with support from Tony Hadley and Altered Images.
Bananarama, fronted by Sara Dallin and Keren Woodward, are 80s pop icons who've sold more than 30 million records worldwide, scored ten UK Top 10 hits and hold a Guinness World Record for the most chart entries by an all-female group. The set is a greatest hits run, and the duo recently marked 40 years of True Confessions with an anniversary edition that reached number six in the UK Album Chart.
The support acts bring their own 80s pedigree. Tony Hadley fronted New Romantic pioneers Spandau Ballet, and Scottish new wave favourites Altered Images, fronted by Clare Grogan, will play hits like 'Happy Birthday', 'I Could Be Happy' and 'Don't Talk to Me About Love'.
