Tony Hadley, Britain's distinctive vocalist, returns to the stage with his Christmas Big Band Tour, performing swing and crooner classics.
Tony Hadley brings his Christmas Big Band Tour to Bristol Beacon on Thursday 3 December, part of a UK run that goes through November and December 2026. He's billed as one of the UK's most iconic voices, a crooning, swing-style singer, and this is a big band show that plays right into that.
The set is built around the crooners and swing greats: Hadley works his way through songs by Sinatra, Bennett, Presley and others in that same vein. It's a night of standards and swing classics rather than a career retrospective, so the focus is on the songbook of the greats he's drawing from. The whole thing is presented by Flying Music as part of the wider tour.
Beyond the singing, there's a fair bit of the man himself on display. He's known as much for his storytelling as for his voice, and the show leans into that persona — he's as much a raconteur and a showman as he is a vocalist, so expect as much talking and charm between the songs as there is singing. It's that mix of the music and the personality that's a big part of the draw.
