Rooftop Comedy with Sam Picone

Sam Picone headlines a comedy night at Mr Wolfs Rooftop on Sunday 18 October, with the evening put on by The Gaffe. It's a mixed bill, so you'll get Picone as the main act alongside a line-up of established comedians and local stars. If you've been following the Bristol scene, you'll know that's a fair bit of ground to cover in one night — the established names bring the polished sets, and the local stars are the ones who've been working the city's rooms for a while.

It's a good way to see a few different styles in one go, rather than putting all your eggs in one basket. The Gaffe are the ones behind it, and they've built the night around a mix of those two types of act. Picone takes the main slot, with the rest of the bill filled out by a range of comedians from across the UK and from right here in Bristol.

Bristol has a long history as a stop on the UK comedy circuit. The Comedy Box is often cited as the city's most prolific stand-up promoter, and during the summer months, The Comedy Garden in Queens Square is known for bringing a who's who of British comedy to the city. This night fits into that tradition — a mix of touring names and local talent on one stage.

So, it's Sam Picone at Mr Wolfs Rooftop on Sunday 18 October, with The Gaffe putting it together. A main act supported by established comedians and local stars, all in one evening.
