The Norwegian progressive folk rock quartet Kalandra return to the UK with their The Other Side Release Tour 2027, with special guests Finnegan Tui.
Kalandra play Trinity on Tuesday 2 March, part of their The Other Side Release Tour 2027. They're a Norwegian progressive folk rock quartet, and this is their return to the UK following a sold-out headline show at Oslo's Rockefeller venue and the release of their latest album. The Bristol date is for over-14s, and under-16s need to be accompanied by an adult.
Their sound sits at a cross between dark atmospheric rock, haunting vocals and ethereal melodies, blending traditional folk with a contemporary edge. It's music that works with contrasts — shimmering joy on one side and aching melancholy on the other, otherworldly but rooted in woodland soil. They've built a global following around that, and they're still cited as one of Scandinavia's most distinctive acts, with millions of streams worldwide.

They're not coming alone: special guest Finnegan Tui opens the night. Between the two, you'll get a full evening of live music, with Kalandra's set drawing from the new album they're touring. The show is at Trinity on Trinity Road, BS20NW, with doors opening at 19:00. General admission is £23.50 face value, plus booking and venue restoration fees.
