Acrobatics workshop with Mia and friends in Fyfe hall; all ticket money goes to Children In Need.
Acrobatics: an Uplifted Workshop is coming to The Trinity Centre on Sunday 31 January, with the main feature being Uplifted. It's an acrobatics workshop run by Mia and her friends, and it's being held in Fyfe Hall, one of the spaces inside the centre.
If you've never done an acrobatics workshop before, the Uplifted part of the day is where the focus lies. The whole thing is led by Mia and her friends, so it's a group effort rather than a single teacher taking the lead. It's the kind of session where you'll be moving, learning, and working through the basics of acrobatics alongside others, with the Uplifted piece as the central point of the day.
One of the best things about this one is where the money goes: all ticket proceeds go to Children In Need, so whatever you pay for your spot goes straight to the charity. It's a good reason to get involved if you've been thinking about trying something like this.
