A sprawling 60-acre green oasis on the outskirts of Brighton, just behind Brighton Marina, offering a feeling of open space with wide expanses of grass. The park features sports facilities including football pitches, cricket fields, and tennis courts, as well as a children's playground and trails for walking and running. It is also home to a large municipal bulb display and a new woodland plantation. The park is adjacent to the local nature reserve Sheepcote Valley.
