A pop-punk and rock night featuring WNSDY AT 7 with support from Sansom, Spooky Huge and Carva at the Waterbear venue.
WNSDY AT 7 bring their Tour De Disco to Waterbear on Thursday 6 August, with support from Sansom, Spooky Huge and Carva. It's a four-band bill, so there's a fair bit to get through before the night wraps up.
WNSDY AT 7 are a pop-punk and pop-rock band from South Yorkshire, and they'll tell you their sound takes its cues from Busted, Kids In Glass Houses and McFly. It's that particular brand of guitar pop: catchy hooks, lyrics that lean into the heartfelt side of things, and a high-energy live show. They had a breakthrough 2025, which brought them BBC Introducing airplay and a shared stage with WSTR.
The support acts are all from closer to home. Sansom is a Brighton artist whose new single 'Call Me' was named BBC Introducing's Track of the Day; he's played Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, The Great Escape and Camden Rocks. Spooky Huge mix old-school hard rock grit with modern alternative and experimental ideas, and their latest single is 'The Deep End'. Carva emerged into the Brighton scene in 2025 with a hard alt-rock sound and lyrics that turn towards self-reflection.
