Japanese noise rock trio The Wameki return to Brighton for their UK/EU tour, with support from Rampressure.
The Wameki are back at The Rossi Bar on Friday 6 November, their return to Brighton as part of a UK and European tour. They're a Japanese noise rock trio, and this is the Brighton stop of a run that takes them across the UK and over into Europe, so it's one of the few dates they'll be playing on this side of the Channel.
Noise rock is a broad church, but the trio format usually means the sound is built around a loud guitar, bass, and drums, with the noise coming from the way they push those instruments. It's a sound that works best live, where you can feel the volume in the room rather than just hearing it through speakers, and a tour like this is when you get to hear it in that setting. The Wameki are the main draw here, and they'll be taking the bulk of the night.
