The Vapors perform a special matinee show in Brighton with special guests Eddie Roxy & The Adjacent Kings.
On Sunday, 29 March 2026, The Vapors will be performing a matinee show in Brighton at Daltons. The venue is situated on the Lower Promenade, positioned right beneath the Brighton Zip and close to the beach. Doors are set to open at 13:45, with the performance beginning at 14:00. The event is open to all ages, although the venue requires that anyone under the age of 14 is accompanied by an adult. Because this is a matinee performance, the schedule is designed to wrap up early, which is a practical consideration for those looking to manage their Sunday afternoon plans.

The Vapors, a New Wave group originally formed in Surrey in the late 1970s, are known for their 1980 single 'Turning Japanese', which reached number three in the UK charts, and their subsequent album 'Magnets'. After disbanding in 1982, the band reformed in October 2016. For this Brighton date, they will be joined by Eddie Roxy & The Adjacent Kings. Eddie Roxy has a history in the scene, having founded Department S in 1980—the group behind 'Is Vic There?'—and later forming Dream Sequence in 1982. He established his current project, The Adjacent Kings, in 2022.
For those planning to attend, Daltons is located at Madeira Drive, Brighton, BN2 1TB. Access to the venue is via steps leading down from the road. If you are driving, there is parking available in the area using pay-and-display machines, which are free to use after 20:00. Tickets for the show are currently priced at £20.00 for advance purchase, while tickets bought on the door will be £25.00. You can secure your entry through online platforms such as WeGotTickets or by checking the official website for Daltons. It is a straightforward setup for a Sunday afternoon of live music, providing a chance to see these acts in a venue that sits right along the seafront.
