Watford-based indie rock band The Spitfires perform live at The Prince Albert in Brighton as part of their UK tour.
If you have been following the local music scene for a while, you might have noticed that The Spitfires are heading back to Brighton this autumn. The Watford-based band, which has been active since 2012, is scheduled to perform at The Prince Albert on November 20, 2026. It is a familiar venue for many of us, and seeing them there fits into their wider UK tour, which sees them moving on to St Albans and Bristol shortly after this date before they head over to Germany.

The lineup for this show features Billy Sullivan on vocals and guitar, Sam Long on bass and vocals, Matt Johnson on drums, and Chris Chanell on keyboards and vocals. For those interested in the setlist, the band is expected to draw from their discography, including tracks from 'Life Worth Living' and 'Year Zero', alongside newer material that has been shaped by their 'MKII' project. They are also planning to include some of their more established songs, such as 'Enough Is Enough' and 'A Thousand Times', which should give a good mix of their older and more recent work.
The doors are set to open, and the performance is scheduled to begin at 19:30. Tickets are currently priced at £22.00, though it is always worth keeping an eye on the official booking channels as these things can sometimes shift. It is a straightforward setup for a Thursday evening if you are looking to catch a live show without the hassle of a massive arena production. Whether you have been listening to them for years or are just curious about their current sound, it is a chance to see them in a relatively intimate setting at The Prince Albert.
