For those familiar with the venue, Chalk is located at 13 Pool Valley. It is a space that functions as a concert hall, club, and theatre, with a capacity of 350 people. It is worth noting that this event is restricted to those aged 14 and over, and anyone under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. The evening will also feature the pop production duo Pearly Drops as the opening act, which adds a bit more context to the lineup for the night.
Regarding the logistics, tickets were released in stages, with artist presales starting back in mid-March and general sales following shortly after. Official ticket prices currently start from £32.70, including fees, though secondary market prices are fluctuating significantly, reaching upwards of £222.92 in some instances. It is also relevant to mention that Slayyyter has partnered with PLUS1 for this tour. As part of this initiative, £1 from every ticket sold is being donated to local organisations that focus on the health, wellbeing, and empowerment of LGBTQI+ communities.
This Brighton date is one of several stops in the UK, with other shows scheduled in cities like Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and London. It is a straightforward tour stop for an artist who has been active in the electronic pop space for some time now, and it offers a chance to see the new material from her latest album in a live setting.
