Sigma

Sigma are playing Volks Club on Saturday 17 October, their first Brighton date in a while. They're a dance music duo, and the whole night is built around them — no supporting acts on the bill, just the two of them taking the stage.

If you've followed them, you'll know the sound: drum and bass with the vocals pushed right to the front. It's the kind of music that works as well on a loud system as it does on a commute, and that's exactly where they'll be playing it. The set will run through their records, and with them as the sole feature of the night, there's no one else to share the bill with.

Volks Club is right on the seafront, so it's an easy one to get to if you're coming from across town. The date is Saturday 17 October, and since they're the only name on the poster, the night revolves entirely around their set. If you've been waiting for them to roll through Brighton, this is the one.
