A musical tribute to The Dubliners, bringing the music of the iconic Irish group back to life with Irish folk classics.
Seven Drunken Nights comes to the Theatre Royal on Saturday 17 April 2027, a tribute show to The Dubliners. It's performed by a cast of Irish musicians and built around the Irish folk classics the group made famous — Whiskey in the Jar, The Irish Rover and Rocky Road to Dublin are among the songs they play.
They describe the show as the ultimate Irish theatre experience, a celebration of music, culture and togetherness. It's been on the road for a decade now, and they say it's brought more than 1,000 standing ovations to packed theatres along the way. The set is a tribute, not a reunion, and the show isn't affiliated with or endorsed by The Dubliners or Mr John Sheahan.
