Australian singer-songwriter Ruel performs live in Brighton, with his new track Hate Myself.
Ruel plays Chalk on Tuesday 6 October, part of a headline tour across the UK and Europe throughout October. The Australian singer-songwriter is known for pop, and this is one of the dates he'll be stopping at on his way through the region.
He's touring with new material. His latest track, Hate Myself, is out now via Giant Music and is the second single he's released from the project, following Don't Say That. Both sit inside a double album he's working on, Kicking My Feet & Screaming, so the set will be drawing from that.
If you're not already familiar, Ruel is an Australian pop artist who's been building a name for himself over the last few years. This tour sees him playing his own shows rather than supporting someone else, so the night is built around his set. The new songs from Kicking My Feet & Screaming will be at the centre of it, alongside the older tracks he's become known for.
