RIFT Open Air

RIFT is back in Brighton on Sunday 30 August, this time with an open-air concept. It's taking place at Carats Cafe Bar, which sits on Basin Road South in Southwick, BN41 1WD. The day kicks off at 16:00, so it's an afternoon and evening thing rather than a late-night one.

This is a new format for them. They're describing it as a curated line-up with premium sound and immersive production, and they've said the production is designed to turn the day into a dark atmosphere. The full line-up and set times haven't been announced yet, so for now you've just got the date and the venue to go on. They've promised the details will be revealed soon, which is when you'll see exactly who's playing and when.

If you've followed RIFT before, you'll know they're usually about a specific kind of curated music experience, and this open-air version is their latest take on that. The Southwick location puts it a bit further out than the city centre, but it's still within the Brighton area.
