Madam Lola's Presents: The Hot Flush

Madam Lola's presents The Hot Flush on Thursday 3 September, a women-led comedy and variety night in Kemptown. It's the venue's own comedy showcase, and the bill brings together stand-up, cabaret and balloon wizards. The night is billed for femmes and them only, with no blokes allowed.

If you haven't been, Madam Lola's Cabaret And Vaudeville is one of Brighton's more unusual historic venues. It's a debaucherous cabaret club that runs a wide range of acts: outrageous cabaret, circus, live vocals, drag, burlesque, aerial artistry and immersive spectacle. There are cocktails, DJs and dancing until 2am, so it's the kind of place that can easily stretch from a few drinks into a full night out.

The Hot Flush is the venue's women's comedy variety night, and the line-up follows that variety format: stand-up comedy, cabaret and balloon wizards.
