Preston Park is set to host the Foodies Festival 2026 from the 2nd to the 4th of May. This year marks the event's 21st anniversary, and the format remains consistent with previous years, focusing on a mix of live music, culinary demonstrations, and various market stalls. For those planning to attend, the festival spans three days and includes specific areas dedicated to different aspects of food and drink, such as the 'Chefs Theatre' and the 'Baking Theatre'.

The musical lineup for this edition features performances from Scouting For Girls and Boyzlife, alongside a selection of local musical talent. On the culinary side, the programme includes demonstrations from chefs associated with MasterChef, The Great British Bake Off, and Great British Menu. Local chefs are also participating, with names such as Steven Edwards from ETCH, Duncan Ray from Little Fish Market, and Peter Danatus from The Burnt Orange scheduled to appear. Beyond the main stages, the festival grounds will house a 'Drinks Theatre' for tastings and masterclasses, an 'International Cook School', a 'Fire Stage' for grilling, and the 'Legendary Chilli Challenge'.
Families and those with children have access to a 'Kids Cookery School', and the event is dog-friendly. For food options, there is a designated 'Feasting Tent' alongside an artisan market. Regarding entry, tickets are required for access. Advance pricing is set at £23.00 for adults, £21.00 for concessions, and £8.00 for children aged 5 to 16. A family ticket covering two adults and two children is available for £52.00, with additional options for VIP and group bookings.
