A fully immersive North Pole village where children can visit Santa, make wishes in an enchanted well, and receive a collectable penguin soft toy.
Santa's Grotto returns to Dobbies Brighton from 22 November to 24 December 2026, set up as a fully immersive North Pole village. The walk starts with children making a wish in an enchanted wishing well before passing through a magic door into the village itself. From there, they can take part in activities across the Grotto's various shops, and the whole thing finishes at the Penguin Post Office. Every child with a ticket gets a collectable penguin soft toy as a gift from Santa, and families get to share their Christmas wishes with him.
There are a couple of other versions running alongside the main experience. Santa's Quiet Grotto is there for children who may have additional needs, and Santa Paws is for the four-legged members of the family, where every dog gets a visit to Santa. Professional printed photos with Santa are available, and there's a 20% saving on pre-booked packages if you want to sort that in advance. Dobbies is also partnering with Dogs Trust, the UK's largest dog welfare charity, so you can add a donation when you book.
