A live, multi-sensory musical experience featuring the Weddington Strings performing a programme of Adele's songs under candlelight.
Weddington Strings are playing a tribute to Adele at The Royal Pavilion on Sunday 21 November, part of a run of Candlelight concerts that run from 12 September 2026 to 2 January 2027. The format is exactly what it sounds like: a string ensemble performing Adele's songs under the glow of candlelight, in a venue that isn't usually used for this sort of thing.
The setlist covers a good stretch of her career. You'll hear the big ones like Hello, Someone Like You, Rolling in the Deep and Set Fire to the Rain, alongside Rumour Has It, Make You Feel My Love, Water Under the Bridge, Oh My God, Send My Love (To Your New Lover), Chasing Pavements, Skyfall, When We Were Young and Easy On Me. It's a long list, so the evening should hold its own.
Candlelight describe these as live, multi-sensory musical experiences that bring an artist's music under the gentle glow of candlelight, staged in awe-inspiring locations never before used for this purpose. It's a specific kind of night — more about the atmosphere and the strings than a standard gig.

On the practical side, seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone, so if you're keen on a particular spot, it's worth getting there early. Private concerts and group tickets for 30 or more people are also available if you're bringing a crowd. The Royal Pavilion is in the heart of Brighton, and the run goes right through to the start of January, so if the 21st doesn't work, there are plenty of other dates to choose from.
