At each of the five venues, you get a tasting dish paired with a cocktail, a glass of wine or fizz. Both the dishes and the drinks are created exclusively for the tour, so they aren't things you'll find on the usual menus. Because you're in charge of the timing, you can stretch it out over the full afternoon or keep things moving, and you're not tied to a group or a set schedule.
