The play focuses on the experiences of two women whose lives intersect after receiving the BPD diagnosis, though their approaches to life couldn't be more different. We meet Izzy, a struggling musician who is trying to find peace and stability within her relationship with her girlfriend. In contrast, there’s Marina, who spends her time dating and partying, searching for deeper meaning beyond the fleeting nature of one-night adventures. The narrative explores the challenges they face as they attempt to figure out how to live and connect in what is often referred to as a 'neurotypical world'. It’s a relatively concise piece, running for approximately 70 minutes, and given the mature and sensitive themes explored in the script, the show has an age restriction and is only open to those aged 18 and over.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in seeing, all performances take place at The Lantern Theatre, located at 77 St James's Street. There are three specific performance times available across two days. You can catch the show on Sunday, May 17, 2026, with two afternoon slots scheduled for 14:00 and 17:00. If a weekday evening works better for you, there is also a performance on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, starting at 19:00. Tickets are currently set at a standard price of £10.00, making it an accessible way to engage with some powerful local theatre addressing important contemporary issues.
