Boozy Brunch Club - Drag Bottomless Brunch

The Boozy Brunch Club is running at Bar Broadway on Saturday 17 October, and it's one of a long stretch of Saturday sessions they've got lined up. The brunch runs from 11:00 to 14:00, and the 17th is just the start: they're back on the 24th and 31st of October, then through November on the 7th, 14th and 21st, and into December on the 28th, 5th, 12th and 19th. If you're looking for a Saturday morning that doesn't involve a quiet coffee, this is it.

It's a drag brunch, so the queens take centre stage. The show itself runs for 90 minutes, and it's not just watching from a seat — there are games, prizes and audience participation throughout, with a chance to win free booze along the way. You'll get loaded fries to keep you going, and you choose between a Cocktail Package or a Prosecco Package for the bottomless drinks. The venue describes it as Brighton's newest drag brunch experience, and they've got it running every Saturday for the next few months, so if you can't make this one, there are plenty more to pick from.

One thing that sets this apart from a standard brunch is what happens when the show wraps. Once the queens have finished their set, the upstairs bar turns into a free karaoke room until 3pm, so the afternoon carries on well after the performance ends. It means you can stay on and keep the party going with your own turn on the mic.

It's at Bar Broadway, 10 Steine Street, BN2 1TE, from 11:00 to 14:00. Tickets are £40-50 per person, and the venue says they're no longer taking bookings, so you'll want to sort yours in advance.
