A fun afternoon of drag entertainment and bottomless brunch at the Boozy Brunch Club, held at the iconic Bar Broadway on the seafront.
The Boozy Brunch Club is back at Bar Broadway on Saturday 15 August, part of a run that's been going every Saturday since late June. It's a drag bottomless brunch, and if you've never been, that's exactly what it says on the tin: a brunch built around drag shows, with the drinks kept coming while the performers take the stage.
Bar Broadway is right on the seafront at 10 Steine Street, so it's easy to get to whether you're coming from the centre or just wandering down by the water. The brunch has become a regular part of the city's weekend scene, and this particular session is one of many running throughout the summer and into the autumn.
It's not a one-off, either. The club runs every Saturday morning at 11:00, from 27 June right through to 19 December, which makes it a good shout if you're looking for something to do on a Saturday that doesn't involve staying up until the early hours. There are 19 sessions in total across the whole run, so if you miss this one, there's plenty more to choose from as the season carries on.
