Aki Oke is a London-based indie dance project making post-modern electronic music with club intent and pop hooks. It sits at the intersection of hyperpop, dance and the 2000s indie sleaze revival, blending emotive songwriting with high-energy production. The project arrived with four singles released through Berlin's Intercord Records in Europe and two collaboration singles, and entered 2026 with its first longer-form mixtape dropping in June. Its live reputation has grown steadily, with sets at Reading and Leeds and Latitude in 2025. Built as much for packed east London basements as for festival stages, Aki Oke balances feeling and energy to carve out a following in the indie-electro scene.
