Robert Lamberti Presents Perfectly George

Rob Lamberti brings his George Michael tribute to the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre on Saturday 28 November 2026, starting at 7:30pm. The show is called Definitively & Perfectly George, and it runs through George Michael's career from the Wham! years into his solo era. You'll hear the songs that defined both: 'Careless Whisper', 'Faith', 'I'm Your Man' and 'Club Tropicana' are all on the set.

Lamberti is a performer in his own right, not just a tribute act. He appeared on the BBC's Even Better Than the Real Thing in 2017 and had a role in the Steve Coogan film Greed. The show has picked up strong reviews along the way, with West End Wilma calling it 'nothing short of perfection' and reports describing it as the kind of night that gets the whole audience on their feet dancing.

There's a bit of a story to how he got here, too. Originally from Lincolnshire, Lamberti started as a tribute act after someone told him his voice sounded like George Michael's during a karaoke night. That led to an appearance on Stars in Their Eyes back in 1994, and he's spent the years since becoming one of the most prominent George Michael tributes in the UK and beyond.
