Free outdoor yoga sessions held every Sunday morning in Bournemouth Central Gardens, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Park Yoga is back at Bournemouth Central Gardens every Sunday morning this summer, from 3 May through to 13 September. It's a free outdoor session, so you can just turn up and join in without having to book anything in advance.
Behind it is Park Yoga, a national charity that runs these community classes in parks across the country. Their whole thing is about making yoga inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability. The sessions are open to all levels, so whether you've never stepped on a mat before or you've been practising for years, you'll fit right in. They're led by local yoga instructors, and because it's a charity, the whole thing runs on public donations to keep it going year after year.

It's a pretty low-pressure way to spend a Sunday morning. You'll want to bring your own yoga mat, or a towel or blanket if you don't have one, and a bottle of water. The classes generally go ahead in light rain, but if the weather gets too bad, they'll announce any cancellations at least an hour before the start on the Park Yoga Facebook page and website. It's free to take part, and the sessions run every Sunday from 3 May to 13 September at Bournemouth Central Gardens.
