Soul singer Jalen Ngonda brings his Doctrine of Love Tour to the O2 Academy Bournemouth for a live soul music performance.
Jalen Ngonda brings his Doctrine of Love Tour to the O2 Academy Bournemouth on Tuesday 27 October, one of the UK dates he's playing this year. He's a soul singer, and the tour is built around his second album, Doctrine of Love, which came out on 5 June 2026 through Daptone Records. If you've been following him, that's the record he'll be drawing from for the set.

Ngonda's sound sits firmly in the soul tradition, and Doctrine of Love is the latest addition to that. It's his second album, following on from his debut, and it's the one he's taking on the road across the UK. The tour takes him to several cities, with Bournemouth being one of the stops on the run.
The gig is at the O2 Academy Bournemouth at 570 Christchurch Road, Boscombe, BH1 4BH. Doors open at 19:00, and the show runs from 19:00 to 23:00. Tickets are General Admission at £44.88, which includes a £5.63 booking fee and a £1.75 facility fee. There's a limit of six tickets per customer.
It's an all-ages show, though there are a couple of things to keep in mind if you're bringing younger ones: no one under eight is admitted, and anyone under fourteen needs to be accompanied by an adult over eighteen. So, if you're heading down with the family, just double-check the ages before you book.
