Student-only Halloween freak show night at Circo with a dress code, scare performers, Y2K and house party music and student drinks.
SELLY: The Freak Show takes over Circo Student Bar Birmingham on Friday 30 October, as part of Smelly Oak's Halloween Circo Friday. It's billed as Birmingham's biggest student-only Friday night Halloween countdown, and the venue is dressed top to bottom in Halloween decor to match. Fancy dress is the dress code, with prizes for the best dressed, and scare performers roam the room throughout the night. Free photography will be running, so there'll be photos of the crowd to look back on later.
On the music, a resident plays a chaotic mix of Y2K anthems, house, pop party, throwback RnB, indie belters and DnB, so the set jumps around rather than sticking to one sound. Student drinks start from £3, and there are exclusive £3 Papa Johns pizzas on the go if you need something to eat while you're there.
