Wellbeing coffee morning for women aged 19 and over, with tea, cakes and a range of creative activities.
Rise & Thrive is the next coffee morning hosted by Sistermatic Change, running at The Old Print Works on Wednesday 28 October, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. It's part of a series they run for women across the Midlands, which they describe as a safe and friendly space to relax, connect with others and take time for your own wellbeing.
Each morning has its own twist, pairing a range of fun and meaningful activities that encourage creativity, confidence and connection with a set menu of tea, cakes and biscuits. The sessions are aimed at supporting Midlands women through connection, confidence and community support, and they're open to women aged 19 and over. A BSL interpreter is provided where available.
