Rikas + Jordan Joy

Rikas play the Hare & Hounds in Kings Heath on Wednesday 28 October, with Jordan Joy opening the night. It's a mid-week one, so if you're not used to gigs on a Wednesday, it's worth keeping that in mind before you commit.

The Hare & Hounds is a proper South Birmingham institution, and this is one of those nights where the support act gets as much space as the main bill. Jordan Joy takes the first slot, followed by Rikas, so you've got two sets to get through rather than just one. If you're coming for Rikas, arriving early enough to catch Joy means you'll have a full evening of music instead of just a single act.

On the practical side, the night starts at 19:00, and tickets are from £20.46. The venue is the Hare & Hounds, Brandwood & King's Heath, B14 7JZ, so if you're coming from across the city, you'll want to give yourself a bit of time to get over to the B14 side of things. It's a mid-week show, which usually means a different crowd than you'll find on a Friday or Saturday, and it's a good shout if you're looking for something to do on a Wednesday night.
