Property Deal Network Birmingham - PDN - Property Networking Eve

The Property Deal Network Birmingham (PDN) is back at O Bar Birmingham on Thursday 29 October, starting at 19:00. It's a free monthly networking group for property investors in the city, and the room is open to anyone who wants to be active in the property market. That covers a fair bit of ground: doing deals, financing them, sharing them, sourcing new ones, or just talking through transactions you've already completed.

It's not just for investors, though. PDN brings together property investors and developers alongside real estate agents, architects, solicitors, accountants and marketers. If you're on the professional side of things rather than the investing side, you'll find plenty of the other half in the room. The aim is to get a proper cross-section of the industry in one place, so you're as likely to bump into a solicitor as you are a developer.

Beyond the networking, the group sets out to offer insight into the latest property investment trends and the chance to connect with industry leaders. It's a good spot to get a feel for where the market is moving and to pick up a few pointers from people who've been doing this for a while. If you're just starting out, it's a low-pressure way to meet the people you'll eventually need in your corner.
