Immersive dining experience with two courses of soul food and a live Motown band, sold as a gift voucher for a date within 12 months.
Motown Supper is an immersive dining and live show running in Birmingham, and it's built around the Motown sound of the sixties. The whole evening is a tribute to the heartbeat of American Motown music, with a live band playing tracks from Diana Ross and the Supremes through to Marvin Gaye. It's an 18-plus night, and the show runs for up to three hours.
The dining side is just as themed as the music. You get two courses of soul food, with the dishes named after the legends themselves: Stevie's Starter, Marvin's Main, and Diana's dessert. There's also a welcome drink to kick things off. The band plays throughout, so the music and the food run side by side rather than one following the other.
One thing to keep in mind is how it's sold. It's a gift voucher rather than a dated event, so you aren't booking a specific night right away. Instead, the recipient picks their own date within twelve months of purchase, and the venue is confirmed at the time of booking. That makes it a bit easier to give as a gift when you're not sure when the other person will be free.

It's £122 per person, and because it's a voucher, you've got a full year to find a date that works. The show runs up to three hours, and it's for guests aged 18 and over.
