Midnight Mayhem Birmingham Freshers Edition Halloween

Midnight Mayhem is taking over King of Clubs on Thursday 29 October, with the night running from 10pm until 3am. It's the Halloween edition of the Freshers series put on by SMV Entertainment, and it sits right in the middle of the city at 73 Hill Street, B5 4AN.

SMV bills the night as 'the most unhinged Halloween night of the year', and they're leaning into the theme with a few specific promises: Halloween madness, big tunes, crazy costumes, and non-stop energy. It's a late one, starting at 10pm and going until 3am, so you've got five hours of it to work through. The 'crazy costumes' part is a good hint for how to show up, too — it's a Halloween night, so the more you commit to the dress-up, the better you'll fit in.

This is part of the Freshers Edition series SMV ENT has been running, so it's aimed at the new crowd coming into the city, though it's open to anyone who wants a big night out. Tickets are sold through Fatsoma, and they're £30. If you're planning to go, keep in mind it's a Thursday night, not a weekend, so you'll want to get your costume sorted well in advance. With the 10pm start and the 3am finish, it's a proper late one, and the venue is right in the heart of Birmingham.
