Kings Of The Rollers: Royal Rumble Halloween

Kings Of The Rollers are taking over Forum Digbeth on Friday 30 October, and they're bringing a full squad with them. It's a Royal Rumble Halloween special, so it's a long one: doors open at 22:00 and it runs through until 05:00, which is plenty of time to get through the line-up. It's strictly over-18s, so keep that in mind if you're sorting a group.

For those who don't know them, Kings Of The Rollers is a drum and bass trio. Serum is the production name of Mark Gaunt, a London-based DJ and producer whose music connects jungle roots with rolling jump-up. Bladerunner is Devan Gray, a jungle and drum and bass producer who combines breakbeats with substantial bass. Voltage is the trio's third member, also a producer and DJ. Together they're the main feature of the night, and they're joined by Inja.

Beyond the headliners, the bill is stacked. Eksman, Benny L, DJ TEMPA, Crossy, Slipz, Crystal Clear and Molecular all have sets, and the mic is covered by MC Spyda, MC Det, Natty D, MC Nutcracka and MISTIK. With that many names on the bill, the night is built to keep going well past midnight, and the Royal Rumble theme fits the format — a long run of DJs and MCs trading off over the course of the night.

Forum Digbeth is at 68 Glover Street, Birmingham B9 4EL. Tickets start from £45.00, and with the 22:00 start and 05:00 finish, you've got seven hours of drum and bass to work through.
